The Booking Sequence

Inquiry & Triage. Submit the form or WhatsApp us. Our dispatch team reviews scope (surface types, square meters, pet status) within 2 hours.

Assessment. For premium or post-construction jobs, we may request photos of the bathrooms and kitchen. This prevents under-quoting and ensures the right team is dispatched.

Confirmation. You receive a digital invoice via email. 50% deposit secures the slot. Balance is payable via transfer, cash, or POS terminal on-site.
